"I'm a first timer to Pho, so I have no real point of reference. Having said that, I like good food and this was super good. I ordered a small Pho with steak and mushroom and an egg roll. My wife ordered a small Pho with steak and broccoli with dumplings. Great flavor, great value and a mellow atmosphere.
